What Happens if I am runnning late or need to cancel last minute?
There is a 15 minute grace period.If you know you are going to run later than that please call or text. we might need to reschedule or cut your appointment time short.
If you need to cancel we ask that you give us a 24hr notice to avoid being charged a $50 last minute cancelaytion/no show.
why is your booking site asking for my credit card #?
a credit card or debit card is needed to secure your appointment.
what is your cancellation policy?
we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee. If you book with a card and we are not allowed or able to charge, you will not be allowed to book in the future.
what is a fill from another location?
if you are coming with lashes from another location looking for a fill then please book under this option. Please note that you must have at least 40% of your set still in tack. If more time is needed then a NEW SET will be charged but discussed before starting.
why is it important to arrive to my appointment without makeup?
leftover residue such as makeup and moisturizers create an invisible layer that causes lash extensions to not stick on properly and fall off quickly.
how often are fills recommended?
Fills are recommended every 2-4 weeks. Depending on how often you want to come in and how you take care of them. Please note after care instructions are discussed and a pamphlet can be provided case you forget. Anything after 4 weeks is considered a new set and charged accordingly.
what is an emergency touch up?
Emergency touch ups are not meant to substitute a regular fill. If you have a special event coming up and need a quick touch up than this is the option to book under. Keep in mind this is a quick appointment, if more time is needed, then a regular fill will be charged.
my eye itches can I scratch or rub my eye out?
Please avoid rubbing, pulling or picking your lashes. In order to maintain the health of your natural lashes you don't want to pull them out. Make sure you are scheduling your fills and if its time to take a break then you can always schedule a removal.
what is the difference between lash extensions and a lash lift?
A lash lift requires little maintenance. It's a great option for boosting blonde or light colored lashes. It makes lashes appear longer and great for curling straight lashes. Perfect for clients with sensitive eyes.
why is bridal makeup priced more than a regular glam session?
Bridal makeup usually requires more time to ensure you look flawless on your special day. Most times bridal makeup is done on location so a traveling fee is discussed. if you are looking to book a bridal party please make sure to book ahead of time. And provide wedding details such as date, time, location and bridal party.
